Membership

 

Being a part of the RRJC isn’t just about owning a Jeep or 4×4, going to car shows, exploring off-pavement areas or having fun with friends and family… although we partake in all of these. More importantly, we strive to embrace the “Tread Lightly” principles so that Manitoba remains a 4×4-friendly province and welcome all to our club.

 

Full paid membership in the Red River Jeep Club is $30 a year

It’s a small price to pay for all the great benefits you receive with your membership

 

When you first become a member, you will get

  • An Oil spill kit containing approximately one pound of PeatSorb (requires pickup).
  • A standard engraved metal Membership Card
  • Choice of customizing your Membership Card for $12 at the time it is produced
    • Thicker metal stock
    • Custom text options
    • Choice of membership number that is not already taken

 

All paid members benefit from

  • Associate Club membership with MAAC and access to their Commercial and Liability insurance coverage for events, in addition to their lobbying efforts for vehicle clubs
  • PeatSorb spill kit refills (within reason) and the ability to buy larger quantities from RRJC at the club’s cost
  • Club swag, including free RRJC logo decals (within reason), embroidered patches, banners and remaining clothing inventory at or below RRJC cost
  • Occasional commemorative items (e.g. RRJC Anniversary Badges)

* “Open Runs”, or “Public Runs”, are open to all who can view them and are intended to build up both confidence in newer drivers while giving more experienced members the chance to share their knowledge.

 

** “Closed Runs”, “Or Member Only Runs””, are typically Jeep trail rides for Paid Members only. They tend to frequent more challenging areas and often have minimum requirements (experience/vehicle) than “Public Runs” and details are shared in the Forum of the Members Only section.
